Royal Oak Kitchen Extension

This home extension came to Senda with a simple design that could fulfill Permitted Development Rights, and needed to develop the construction details and calculations required to comply with Building Regulations and communicate efficiently with the builders.

This kitchen extension is not a large project and required of care and detail due to the very restricted space available. Working hand in hand with the contractor, structural engineer, and structure subcontrator (Ty Pren) supported this project to continue towards completion. Soon more images!
